Donggang Derun specializes in the supply of high-quality crusher wear parts such as jaw plate, mill lining from high manganese steel, blow bar, hammers from high chrome cast iron, grinding balls, grate plate etc.
Our foundry is a high tech enterprise in Hunan Province, a contract keeping and trustworthy plant in city, and also a key construction foundry in City Economic Bureau. At the same time, our foundry is an experimental base of Hunan Metallurgical Research Institute and a professional manufacturing factory of wear resistant material castings. Our factory was judged as a credit enterprise with three-A by China credit enterprise evaluation center and our Chairman, Zhu Qifeng was credited as a faithful entrepreneur of China in 2010. In the past of ten years, we have been sticking on the goal that honesty and integrity can make mutual benefit and common development. On the basis of high level of techniques and equipment, we has established a perfect quality management system and cultivated a high-quality technology development and production management team. And our factory got the quality management system certification of ISO: 9001: 2008 and was also approved by High and New Technology Supervision Bureau of Hunan Province.
At present, our foundry covers an area of 50, 000 square meters. We own several leading EPC process production lines, advanced laboratories and quality inspection equipment in China. The production output of wear-resistant castings in our factory is 10, 000 tons. Adhering to the introduction of technology and independent development policy, we specialize in producing wear resistance castings according to the characteristics of all kinds of working conditions of crushing and grinding equipment and material of its own. We have owned several major series of wear-resistant casting parts on the basis of high hardness and high toughness materials and innovated process (including equipment). Such as: Series of high manganese steels, multi-component alloy steel series, high and low chromium cast iron series, austenitic manganese steel series and so on. The specifications of castings are up to hundreds of varieties that are widely used in the areas of mine, metallurgy, electric power, building materials, refractory, chemical industry etc. Customers in China are all over more than ten provinces, municipalities and autonomous regions; As well the castings have been exported to many foreign countries.
